四川部份小麦新品系的Glu-1位点基因多样性分析

摘要
应用SDS -PAGE技术 ,分析了 2 4份四川小麦新品系的高分子量谷蛋白亚基 ,并计算其品质得分。结果表明 :大部分品系的Glu -A1位点上具有 1亚基 ,Glu -D1位点上 5 +1 0亚基达 75 % ,但Glu -B1位点上的 7+8或 1 7+1 8亚基比例较低。所有品系的品质得分为 4~ 1 0分 ,平均 7 7分。说明四川小麦的品质水平有了一定提高
