<正>通用航空产业在国民经济中发挥着非常重要的作用。根据我国2003年5月1日开始实施的《通用航空飞行管理条例》对通用航空的界定,"所谓通用航空,是指除军事、警务、海关缉私飞行和公共航空运输飞行以外的航空活动,包括从事农业、渔业、林业、工业、建筑业、矿业的作业飞行及抢险救灾、医疗卫生、海洋监测、气象探测、遥感测绘、科学试验、文化体育、教育训练、旅游观光等方面的飞行活动"。通用航空
