摘要：

目的:为美金刚用于阿尔茨海默病(AD)临床治疗提供参考。方法:通过检索medline,embase,Cochrane图书馆和FDA网站等网络资源,收集美金刚在人体应用的药效学、药动学、耐受性以及用于AD治疗有效性等方面的临床研究结果。结果:美金刚对于治疗中重度AD安全有效。
