原发性胆汁性肝硬化诊治进展

摘要：

原发性胆汁性肝硬化(PBC)是一种以肝内小胆管进行性、非化脓性炎症为特征的慢性胆汁淤积性疾病,可导致肝纤维化及肝硬化。其病因和发病机制尚不清楚,疾病发生和进展认为是多因素的,大多是环境因素作用于遗传易感者。熊去氧胆酸是被认为是唯一有效的治疗药物,但完全应答率不是特别高。结合国内外文献,对PBC诊断和治疗作一简要综述。
