摘要：

益生菌是一类通过改善肠道微生态平衡而有益于人体健康的微生物,目前已广泛应用于临床且安全、有效,在消化道疾病中疗效尤为突出。鉴于益生菌制剂临床应用的日益广泛,全面了解其潜在风险十分必要。本文就益生菌临床应用中的一些安全性问题和不确定因素,如益生菌引起的感染和菌血症、免疫异常、细菌耐药等作一综述。
