摘要：

胆汁淤积性肝病是婴儿时期包括新生儿时期最常见的疾病,其病因甚多,预后悬殊。介绍了胆道闭锁以及肝内胆汁淤积性肝病的鉴别诊断方法,概述了目前婴儿胆汁淤积性肝病的治疗手段,认为未来需加强多学科协作,大力开展新技术,并定期进行学术交流,完善婴儿胆汁淤积性肝病的早期诊断和个体化治疗。
