大葱伴生栽培对黄瓜根区土壤细菌种群的影响

摘要
以嫁接黄瓜为试材,采用PCR-DGGE技术研究了大葱伴生栽培对黄瓜根区土壤细菌种群的影响。结果表明:大葱伴生栽培对黄瓜根区土壤细菌种群有一定的影响;大葱伴生栽培降低了土壤细菌种群的多样性指数和均匀度指数;并且随着黄瓜的发育根区土壤细菌多样性也发生了变化。对DGGE条带进行测序,结果表明:大葱伴生栽培黄瓜根区土壤细菌种群出现了某些细菌特有的序列,可归为4个推测的细菌类群,分别为酸杆菌纲(Acidobacteria)、放线菌纲(Actinobacteria)、鞘脂单胞菌属(Sphingomonas)和假单胞菌属(Pseudomonadaceae)。
