企业内外部知识异质度对创新绩效的影响——战略柔性的调节作用

摘要：

不同的异质性知识来源会影响到企业知识的获取成本及其整合效率,因此可能会催生不同的创新绩效。本研究选取上海、江苏和浙江261个创新类企业为样本,考察企业已有内部知识结构的异质度(内部知识异质度)、伙伴企业之间的知识异质度(外部知识异质度)分别对创新绩效的直接影响,以及战略柔性如何对两种关系产生调节效应。结果表明:外部知识异质度对创新绩效具有倒U效应;内部知识异质度对创新绩效仅仅存在正向的线性效应,没有曲线效应;不同类型的战略柔性对内、外部知识异质度与创新绩效关系具有不同的调节效应,其中资源柔性仅仅对内部知识异质度和创新绩效关系具有显著的正向调节效应,而协调柔性仅仅对外部知识异质度和创新绩效关系具有显著的正向调节效应。本研究为企业利用内、外部异质性知识和提高创新绩效提供了理论解释和参考。
