普伐他汀干预颈动脉粥样硬化临床观察

摘要：

目的稳定颈动脉粥样斑块预防中风。方法经颈动脉彩超１０４例６２岁以上老人分成３组观察２年，其中服普拉固（成分为普伐他订钠）１０ｍｇ／日共５４例，服满９个月后复查彩超。结果用药组斑块稳定者占８７．５％，新形成斑块与未用药组比较，Ｐ＜０．０５。２年后再中风在用药组为１９％，未用药组３３．３％，Ｐ＜０.０５。结论较长时期口服普拉固可稳定颈动脉斑块，从而降低再中风。
