摘要：

目的:介绍超声引导下肩胛下肌外侧腋下入路肉毒毒素注射方法。方法:2例上肢偏瘫肩痛并有痉挛的患者,采用超声引导下外侧腋下入路注射肉毒毒素。结果:经注射治疗后,患者肩痛、上肢痉挛明显降低;主动和被动肩关节活动度均有提高。结论:某些深部肌肉注射肉毒毒素具有一定技术难度和风险。由于在超声引导下,深部肌肉可视并容易注射,注射具有安全性、有效性和经济性。
