<正>脑性瘫痪是导致儿童残疾的主要疾患,医疗技术的进步并没有使脑瘫的发病率下降,所以对脑瘫儿童进行合理的康复和治疗依然是一项重要的医学任务,在各种治疗手段中外科手术治疗被认为具有确切的疗效,选择性脊神经后根切断术以及周围神经缩窄术可以降低
