制造业服务化对企业绩效的影响研究——基于我国制造企业的经验证据

摘要
众多学者发现,浅度的服务化水平对制造企业的绩效存在消极的影响,即引发"服务化困境"问题。以我国制造企业分行业2003—2011年数据为研究样本分析这一困境问题,实证结果表明,在此期间四个分行业的"服务化—绩效"曲线都出现了服务化困境的谷底拐点,但不同的是,食品饮料加工与纺织品制造行业曲线走势为U型,而交通工具制造业以及电子信息设备制造业曲线呈现"马鞍型"。
