诱导型一氧化氮合酶基因多态性与颅内动脉粥样硬化的相关性研究

摘要：

目的研究诱导型一氧化氮合酶(iNOS)基因rs2297518、rs8081248位点多态性与脑动脉粥样硬化(CAA)及颅内动脉粥样硬化(ICA)的关系。方法收集患者324例,根据脑血管狭窄部位与程度将其分为CAA组243例和对照组81例,CCA组又分ICA患者137例为ICA亚组。分析各组患者脑卒中传统危险因素,并比较rs2297518、rs8081248位点的基因型频率及等位基因频率在各组的分布。结果 CAA组及ICA亚组的脑卒中传统危险因素明显高于对照组。CAA组中rs2297518位点的基因型GG及等位基因G频率分布均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);ICA亚组中rs2297518位点的等位基因G频率分布明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 iNOS基因rs2297518位点的多态性与CAA及ICA有关,基因型GG可能是CAA的易感因素,等位基因G可能是CAA及ICA的易感因素;iNOS基因rs8081248位点的多态性可能与CAA或ICA无关。
