本文回顾了国外信息伦理学的形成历程,从研究论著、研究机构和学术会议、教育、规范和准则、立法、研究内容、方法论等七个方面对国外信息伦理学的特点作了分析研究,并对信息伦理学未来的研究趋势进行了预测。
