制度可持续性视角下英国国家公园体制建设和管治模式研究

摘要：

制度可持续性是可持续发展不可忽视的一个重要维度,在国家公园体制建设和管治模式中直接影响到国家公园可持续发展的合法性和有效性。本文以英国国家公园为例,从"制度可持续性"视角出发,从国家公园的设立背景、目的、管理机构、任务、土地权属、资金、管制模式、社区参与等方面剖析了制度可持续性对英国国家公园体制建设和管治模式的影响。借鉴英国案例,本文对我国国家公园的体制建设与可持续发展提出了建议。
