摘要：

铜绿假单胞菌的耐药机制极为复杂,主要包括产β-内酰胺酶、药物作用靶位的改变、酶的修饰钝化作用、外膜通透性降低、主动泵出作用等,而且它对不同抗生素有着不同的耐药机制,其中对β-内酰胺类、喹诺酮类、氨基糖甙类抗生素耐药是国内外研究的重点。本文就近几年来有关的研究进展进行简要综述。
