威权领导对经理人反馈寻求行为的影响机制——来自本土家族企业的经验证据

摘要
通过问卷调查和分析本土家族企业经理人及其领导的配对样本,探讨威权领导对经理人反馈寻求行为的影响机制,尤其是情感信任的中介作用以及资源依赖的调节作用。研究结果表明:威权领导对经理人反馈寻求行为具有显著的负向影响;情感信任在威权领导影响反馈寻求行为的过程中起部分中介作用。另外,资源依赖对威权领导与反馈寻求行为的关系具有显著的调节作用,即经理人对高层领导的资源依赖低时,威权领导对反馈寻求行为存在显著的负向影响;资源依赖高时,威权领导对反馈寻求行为不存在显著的影响。
