摘要：

[目的/意义]文章旨在面向国外信息系统对用户健康负面影响的研究成果进行系统性的回顾和分析,以期为信息系统使用与用户健康之间关系的理解奠定基础。[方法/过程]文章从影响类型角度对信息系统的心理健康负面影响研究进行阐述,涵盖社交疲劳、网络成瘾、其他负面影响。同时,从影响路径角度对信息系统的生理健康负面影响研究展开述评,涉及信息系统使用的直接和间接影响、人口统计学指标的调节作用。[结果/结论]研究发现当前研究缺乏对信息系统功能的细分,而且研究结果缺乏合理理论支撑,大多数研究对象涉及年轻且健康的学生,忽视了其他信息系统用户群体。基于此,文章从关注社会弱势群体、细化信息系统功能、结合纵向用户数据、重视理论基础等角度,为国内后续研究开展给予建议。
