摘要：

以社会交换理论、领导理论和积极组织行为学作为理论基础,阐述了领导心理资本对员工组织公民行为的直接作用、中介作用以及调节作用的机制,在回顾前人研究的基础上尝试建立一个综合的研究模型,并提出了未来的研究方向和建议。
