摘要
以聚酰胺多胺环氧氯丙烷(PAE)为反应介质,N羟甲基丙烯酰胺为交联剂,丙烯酰胺、丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵为单体,采用乳液聚合制备出阳离子交联聚酰胺/聚丙烯酸酯(PA)顺序互穿聚合物网络(IPN)。纸张增强应用实验表明,当PAE/PA从1∶0.5变化到1∶2.5时,纸张干拉力提高38.5%,纸张湿拉力下降10.2%,纸张湿拉力和干拉力之比(W/D)下降35.1%,纸张耐折度提高62.2%。与非IPN相比,IPN能够使纸张干拉力和耐折度分别提高7.2%和14.2%,湿拉力降低5.6%。
