摘要
<正>有学者认为,高血压与高同型半胱氨酸血症(Hcy)均为老年患者发生心脑血管疾病的独立危险因素,因而选择降压作用持久有效、不良反应少,且能够降低血浆Hcy水平的降压药物显得十分必要。本文选择较为常用的一线药物,马来酸依那普利与缬沙坦治疗老年原发性高血压,对比分析其疗效。
