<正> 对于微循环的研究吁以追溯到17世纪初叶,但是“微循环”(Microcirculation)一词的首次使用是从1954年在美国召开的第一届微循环生理学和病理学国际会议上开始的。尔后30多年在世界范围内出现了由许多学者包括医务人员参加的研究微循环的热潮。特别是近20年来微循环的研究逐渐走出了实验室。当然,烧伤后的微循环变化也自然成了临床医学中一项不可缺少的研究课题。 The article sums up research achievements on microcirculation of the wound at the early stage, expounds and proves the managing principle of the burn wound with the "Method" and "Medi-cine", a dialetic rule of the Chinese medicine.
