炎症消退障碍与动脉粥样硬化不稳定斑块形成

摘要
炎症消退是炎症过程的必经和自限阶段,以局部炎症细胞和促炎介质清除、组织修复以及炎症反应及时终止为特征。炎症消退功能不足,导致炎症慢性化和组织损伤加重,与多种炎症性疾病发生相关。动脉粥样硬化是严重威胁人类健康的疾病,近年研究发现其不稳定斑块形成与炎症消退障碍关系密切。在此,我们从巨噬细胞吞噬作用缺陷、炎症细胞凋亡障碍、巨噬细胞极化失衡以及炎症消退脂质介质作用不足等方面综述动脉粥样硬化进程中炎症消退障碍的机制,并展望促进炎症消退功能恢复来治疗动脉粥样硬化的新策略。
