分子标记在苹果品种鉴定中的应用

摘要
本文报道了应用随机扩增多态性DNA(RAPD)标记鉴定苹果‘Fuji’品种的芽变和实生苗植株的结果。17个10核苷酸随机引物用于扩增6个品种的基因组DNA,共产生150条DNA片段。其中9个引物产生了18条多态性DNA片段,将6个品种分成2组。第一组包括‘Fuji’,‘Red Fuji’,和‘Nagafu Fuji’;第二组则包括‘Senshu Fuji,‘Flava Fuji’和‘Ultraearli Fuji’。在每一组样品之间观察不到任何变异。结果表明:(1)RAPD能区分开芽变与实生苗植株,但检测不到芽变株之间的遗传变异;(2)‘Senshu Fuji’,‘Flava Fuji’和‘Ul-traearli Fuji’具有一致的基因型,可能是同一实生苗的无性繁殖后代。
