摘要
<正>间充质干细胞(MSC)自19世纪60年代发现以来因其强大的向多系细胞分化的能力而备受关注,很多研究者对其进行不断的研究,期望可以将其应用于临床治疗多种疾病。MSC来源广泛,不仅仅存在于骨髓中,它几乎存在于所有的组织中,且体外易于增殖。科研人员常用其三系分化能力来证明其干细胞性,在特殊的条件下,MSC可以分化为脂肪细胞,成骨细胞以及软骨细胞。近些年来发现其具有免疫调控能力,极大地增加了科研人员对其的研究热情,其强大的免
