摘要：

探讨3D打印在转子间外翻截骨术治疗青年股骨颈骨不连中的临床应用价值。对5例青年股骨颈骨不连患者的患髋行CT扫描(扫描断层为1mm),将所得的DICOM图像数据导入Mimics 15.0软件,利用软件重建患髋模型并设计术中导航模具,3D打印导航模具并消毒备用,术中应用模具定位截骨平面及置钉方向从而提高手术精准性、缩短手术时间、降低手术创伤、减少术中透视率。5例患者术中截骨角度及置钉方向均与术前设计完全一致,随访2年5例患者X线及CT均显示骨折愈合良好。术前Harris髋关节功能评分平均为24分,术后平均为73分。3D打印在外翻截骨术治疗青年型股骨颈骨不连中的临床应用价值较高。
