视黄醇结合蛋白的临床应用

摘要
对视黄醇结合蛋白(RBP)的临床应用进行了综述。RBP为血液中转运视黄醇的蛋白,半衰期短,体内含量较少,能较为灵敏地反映机体营养状况。RBP含量改变也能早期反映各种肾脏疾患及肝功能损害程度。
