我国农业保险开展效率研究——基于企业和区域的视角

摘要：

本文利用BCC模型和面板Tobit模型,分别从企业和区域的视角分析了我国农业保险开展的效率。从企业样本分析结果来看,农业保险开展的效率总体不高。从区域实证结果来看,近五年来我国农业险整体效率偏低,但呈现逐年递增趋势。我国农业大省的农业保险效率低于全国平均水平,而西部地区虽然经济欠发达,但农险效率均高于中部和东部地区,说明政策导向性在农业险的开展中起到了重要作用。
