摘要：

目的　评价三维重建在颌面部骨折中的应用价值。方法　对临床怀疑有骨折的 48例颌面部外伤患者进行螺旋CT扫描和三维重建 ,分析对比三维图像和二维图像的表现。结果　三维图像显示骨折线的方向、骨折范围、位置、类型及骨折块移位等空间信息方面优于二维图像。结论　三维重建对颌面部骨折的诊断和临床处理起着重要的指导作用
