<正> 当今,包括肺叶切除、食管切除等绝大部分胸外科手术均可以通过胸腔镜完成,特别是胸腔镜肺叶切除手术已经分别于2006年、2007年成为美国国家综合癌症网络(NCCN)和美国胸部医师协会(ACCP)肺癌治疗指南中肺癌的标准手术方式。
