摘要：

山洪灾害防治是山丘区防灾减灾和经济社会发展的迫切需求,山洪灾害动态预警是减少人员伤亡的有效手段。在调研世界各国山洪灾害动态预警研究现状的基础上,从灾害识别、驱动数据、计算模型、预警系统和可靠度研究等5个维度综述了山洪灾害动态预警研究现状。我国的山洪灾害预警系统尚处于起步阶段,仍需在降雨预报、遥感数据应用、计算模型适用性、可靠度研究和预警系统建设等诸多方面继续开展工作。
