知识价值性、网络位置与网络权力的关系研究

摘要：

基于资源依赖理论和社会网络学构建知识价值性、网络位置与网络权力的关系模型。以西安市信息技术产业为研究对象,采用多元回归方法对知识价值性、网络位置与网络权力的关系实证研究。研究结果表明:知识关键性和知识不可替代性对网络权力具有显著正向影响,而知识中心性对网络权力的影响不显著;网络位置在知识关键性和不可替代性与网络权力之间具有正向调节作用,而网络位置在知识中心性和网络权力之间调节作用不显著。
