摘要
注意力基础观是组织行为学和管理学研究领域的一种重要理论观点。在管理者有限理性的假设下,管理者做何决策取决于他把注意力聚焦于何处,也就是说企业的行为是企业引导和配置管理者注意力的结果。本文围绕注意力基础观的提出和研究发展等问题,对注意力的概念、特征、认知机制、配置方式及测量方法进行了述评,并对注意力基础观的未来研究和应用进行了展望。
