<正>临床资料患者女性,71岁,既往有高血压病、糖尿病和脑梗死病史。主因发作性心悸20年入院。心悸症状反复发作,伴头晕、黑矇、低血压等血流动力学异常表现,曾多次住院,心电图证实为多源性室性心动过速(室速),有时起源于左心室流出道,有时起源于右心室流出道,诊断阵发性室速,先后应用美西律、普罗帕酮、胺碘酮、美托洛尔等药物效果不佳,室速发作
