斑秃的治疗方法新进展

摘要：

斑秃（Alopecia areata,AA）,是一种由T细胞介导的、作用于毛囊从而影响毛发生长的自身免疫性疾病,效应T细胞及其相关炎症因子微环境可能影响毛球周围的免疫发病机制[1]。其病因未明,可能与精神紧张有关。传统的治疗方法对部分患者疗效不理想,随着医疗技术的不断发展,斑秃的治疗方案也逐渐增多。本文就斑秃的新型治疗方法进行了综述。
