调节性T细胞与动脉粥样硬化关系的研究进展

摘要：

动脉粥样硬化(atherosclerosis,AS)是一种血管壁的慢性炎症疾病,免疫系统在其发生、发展过程中起着重要作用。最新的研究表明,调节性T细胞(regulatory T cell,Treg)参与了AS的炎症反应,可以抑制炎症、改善AS。本文综述了近年有关Treg细胞与AS关系的文献,探讨了Treg细胞在AS发生发展中的作用,介绍了影响Treg细胞增殖的因子及对AS的治疗研究,并对AS的免疫疗法进行了展望。
