摘要：

<正>疾病不确定感是指个体缺乏判定与疾病有关事物的能力[1]。疾病不确定感自20世纪80年代提出后,引起国内外护理学者的广泛关注,最初该理论主要广泛用于不同患者人群疾病不确定感的研究,大量研究证实,诸如恶性肿瘤、心脏疾病及各种慢性病患者常伴随着疾病不确定感,且对患者的心理、依从性和生活质量产生显著影响[2～4]。近年来,国外学者对不确定感的研究已由患者扩展到患者家属及患儿父母。
