摘要：

利益相关者管理理论是理论界研究的一个热点。从现有的利益相关者理论的文献看,对于利益相关者管理的研究大致是遵循着个体视角、关系视角、网络视角这样一个路径展开的。不同视角的研究从不同方面深化了我们对于利益相关者管理理论的认识。但与此同时,三种视角彼此研究传统间的割裂又阻碍了我们对于利益相关者管理理论的认识。因此如何将这三个视角的研究进行整合,将断裂的逻辑链条加以连接是未来利益相关者管理理论可以研究的一个方向。
