聚合物药物结合物胶束在抗肿瘤药物递送方面的研究进展

摘要
聚合物药物结合物胶束(polymer-drug conjugated micelles,PDCM)作为抗肿瘤药物递送载体具有多种优势,可以增加疏水性药物的溶解度,延长体内循环时间,提高药物的稳定性,减小全身毒性,增强药物的治疗效果等。而且,也可以用含有多种功能基团的聚合物来制备多功能聚合物药物结合物胶束。本文介绍了聚合物药物结合物胶束的概况及各种多功能修饰的聚合物药物结合物胶束,综述了聚合物药物结合物胶束在抗肿瘤药物递送方面的研究进展。
