<正>痛风是嘌呤代谢紊乱、尿酸排泄障碍所致血尿酸增高的一组疾病。随着人们生活水平的提高和饮食结构的改变,高尿酸血症和痛风的发病率逐年上升。近年来国内外对本病研究日益增多,现将有关进展综述如下。流行病学
