摘要：

肠易激综合征(IBS)是一种慢性功能性肠道疾病,对患者的生活质量和社会交往有明显的负面影响,并直接或间接地消耗大量的公共卫生资源,成为亟待解决的公共卫生问题。近年来,人们对于IBS的病理生理机制有了更深入的理解,新的诊断标准和治疗方法不断涌现。作者就近年来该领域的最新进展作一综述。
