摘要：

C反应蛋白(Creactive protein,CRP)是一种急性时相反应蛋白,它参与体内多种生理及病理过程,同时发挥抗炎及促炎双重作用。CRP对于感染及多种结缔组织病的鉴别、判断疾病严重程度或活动性等有重要意义。因测定敏感度的提高,超敏C反应蛋白(hypersensitive-CRP,hs-CRP)对于心脑血管疾病等多种疾病的诊治具有指导意义,尤其是可以作为健康人心血管疾病的有效预测因子。
