急诊科护士灾害护理培训效果评价与分析

摘要：

目的了解急诊科护士灾害应对能力状况,评价灾害护理培训效果。方法采用自制量表以我省3所三级甲等医院急诊科护士作为研究对象进行调查。经过3个月培训后,再次进行资料收集及对比。结果培训后急诊科护士多个维度得分有不同程度的提高,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论急诊科护士灾害应对能力有待进一步提升,需增加培训内容的广度和深度。
