摘要
<正>对于大多数人来说,吞咽是一项看似简单的运动。实际上,吞咽需要运用26组头颈面部骨骼肌肌肉群、5对脑神经和部分中枢神经系统参与调控,被认为是最复杂的神经肌肉活动之一[1]。由于其复杂性,如果存在导致吞咽障碍的结构性或神经源性损伤,则该生理过程非常容易受到损害。吞咽障碍是脑卒中的常见后遗症,约有37%—78%的急性脑卒中患者会出现不同程度的吞咽障碍[2]。如不及时接受治疗,可导致误吸、脱水、营养不良、吸入性肺炎和窒息等严重并发症的发病率升高,进而影响患者的生存质量,导致患者死亡率升高[3]。故卒中后吞咽障碍的治疗尤为重要。目前常规的康复治疗方法包括直接摄食训练和间接训
