<正> 胰腺向来是不大受人注意,以其形状没有什么特殊,隐居在腹膜后位置,一直被人们称为多事的腹内脏器中的"隐士"。但是,曾几何时,随着人们的生活方式的改变,胰腺的问题亦突出在人们的视野中,原来"隐士"也猖狂!一、无休止的胰腺炎分类从国际上对胰腺炎的分类,可以看出国际上当前对胰腺炎的无奈。病理学家 Fitz(1889)首先对急
