摘要：

在心脑血管病的早期诊断方面,目前常用的诊断标志物存在敏感性或特异性较低的缺点,因此需要利用新的生化特异标志物来进行早期诊断和早期治疗,以降低心脑血管事件导致的高病死率和高致残率。脂肪酸结合蛋白(fatty acid-binding protein,FABP)是一种低分子胞内脂质结合蛋白,分为肝脏型、肠型、心型、脑型、脂肪细胞型、表皮型、回肠型、髓磷脂型和睾丸型等9种亚型,其主要功能是转运长链脂肪酸至细胞内,从而调节细胞内脂质代谢。各种FABP亚型的结构相似,均含有2个α2螺旋和1个β2折叠结构。其中,心型和脑型FABP早期诊断心脑血管病的敏感性和特异性较高,有望成为心脑血管病早期诊断的新型标志物。
