摘要：

[目的/意义]特朗普政府执政近四年,美国"受控非密"信息管理发生了很大变化,在中美摩擦不断升级的背景下,了解这些新变化对完善我国"敏感信息"管理具有积极意义。[方法/过程]特朗普政府执政以来,全面加强了"受控非密"信息管理,发布了大量新政策、新指南及新标准,直面严峻形势和存在的问题,强化监管,调整类别及子类别,提高"受控非密"信息管理项目的地位。[结果/结论]面对当前复杂的国际形势,我国可以借鉴美国的经验,通过完善政策法规体系、强化保障、精准管理、建立约束机制提升"敏感信息"管理水平。
