摘要：

采用在不同的ｄＮＴＰ浓度下进行逆转录的方法，发现了粟酒裂殖酵母（Ｓｃｈｉｚｏｓａｃｃｈａｒｏｍｙｃｅｓｐｏｍｂｅ）Ｕ６ｓｎＲＮＡ中一个新的２’－Ｏ－核糖甲基化核苷Ａｍ６４；指出Ｕ６ｓｎＲＮＡ的５’端存在一个阻碍逆转录酶通过的高级结构．
