摘要：

从学理上看,西方政策创新扩散研究自1969年开创以来,迄今已经历三个阶段。本文系统检视2000年以来西方政策创新扩散研究的最新进展,并在总体评价和分析未来研究趋势的基础上,探索其对我国本土化研究的启示。
