摘要：

基于维生素B1将Fe(Ⅲ)还原生成Fe(Ⅱ),Fe(Ⅱ)与邻菲啰啉形成桔红色络合物,建立络合反应分光光度法测定VB1的新方法.线性回归方程A=0.012 9C+0.022 7,相关系数r=0.9988,维生素B1的含量在0～60.0μg.mL-1范围内服从比尔定律,检测限为0.36μg.mL-1,回收率在94.5%～99.5%之间.用该法对VB1片剂和针剂进行测定,并与药典标准方法测得值比较,结果满意．
